Real Time Ops Activations

RealTime Ops can activate service plans for the following carriers:

Any carrier activation fees are billed by the carrier to the end user. All monthly service charges are also billed by the carrier to the end user.

Modems can only be activated after RealTime Ops receives a completed Activation Request Form. Once RealTime Ops receives an activation request form, the activation will typically be completed within 72 hours, assuming that the product is available to ship. For Verizon activations, in addition to the activation request form, fax Verizon CLAF and Verizon Corporate Addendum, along with copy of two forms of ID for Verizon customer point of contact to (919) 442-0039. The carriers monthly service charges begin when activation is complete, regardless of actual installation date.

RealTime Ops Resellers have the option of activating Verizon, ATT, and Sprint service plans through any carrier agent.
