RealTimeOps is an authorized stocking distributor of major wireless products manufacturers, and associated products and services for the wireless WAN ecosystem. We consider ourselves to be a Smart Distributor as we provide current, researched knowledge to our reseller community. We serve certified resellers including VARs, VADs, SIs, and OEMs exclusively. For many of our manufacturers we are their only distributor who will not sell to end-users—who will not sell to your customers.

Headquartered in the Triangle region of North Carolina, we provide distribution services to a diverse and talented spectrum of resellers. RTO distributes equipment from the major wireless manufacturers including Sierra Wireless Airlink, Digi International, Sixnet, Multitech, Telular, and Cradlepoint, as well as solar products, batteries, surge protection, antenna products, enclosures, and other products that support wireless WAN initiatives. We carry some of the largest unallocated wireless product inventory levels in North America. Through our Oracle based inventory modeling software we strive to unravel and proactively respond to cyclic purchasing surges and to reduce the impact of manufacturer delays—getting you the product you need when you need it.

In addition to products, RTO offers a host of provisioning and template programming services on the leading cellular carrier networks including AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon. RTO offers custom labeling and barcoding, asset tagging, and other distribution services to benefit our reseller community. Through our partnership with Alpha Install, we offer a wide range of remote location and in-vehicle installation capabilities to anywhere in North America ranging from small deployments in a remote location, to large multi-state deployments with thousands of seats.
